Panel will feature  Chief Judge Bell\, Civil Rights Attorney Pace McConkie\, Judge Micheal Pey\, Dr. Alvin Thorton\, Kayle Moore\, Brandon Cooper\, Branndon Jackson\, Adrain Boafo\, Morgan State student Chinedu Nwokeafor\, and Delegate Charles Sydnor.
